From an abandoned and forgotten structure to a modern architectural icon: this project embodies the rebirth of a unique space in the stunning setting of Campione d’Italia. The façades, adorned with elegant wooden screens, create a visual rhythm that interacts with light and the surrounding natural environment. The terraces, with their transparent glass railings, appear to float between sky and lake, offering a living experience that celebrates the beauty of the landscape. The distinctive feature, a tower wrapped in a grid of wooden slats, becomes a beacon of design that illuminates and defines the building. The outdoor spaces, meticulously paved, seamlessly integrate the structure into its surroundings, while modern technological solutions, such as photovoltaic energy, ensure sustainability and comfort. This project is not merely a restoration but a declaration of love for architecture and the land.
