The House MT project, completed by G Menta Studio in 2019, involves the renovation of a private apartment located in the historic center of Como, Italy.

The apartment, situated in an early 20th-century building, has been renewed with restrained architectural elements that provide spaciousness and brightness to each room.

The spaces have been further enhanced by the addition of modern and contemporary artworks, creating a distinctive harmony between antique and modern elements.

This intervention reflects G Menta Studio's approach in combining respect for historical heritage with contemporary design solutions, offering a living environment that merges elegance and functionality.
